About Wapda Bill Check

An independent bill checker for Pakistan — not an official PITC, WAPDA or DISCO website.

Short version: Wapda Bill Check is an independent, free-to-use bill checker for Pakistan. You can enter your reference number to view your electricity bill, and print the original bill or save it as a PDF.

1. What Is This Website?

Wapda Bill Check was created for the consumers of Pakistan's 11 electricity distribution companies (DISCOs) — LESCO, MEPCO, IESCO, FESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HAZECO, HESCO, QESCO, SEPCO and TESCO. Each company page provides bill checking, a bill calculator and new connection information, and WAPDA-related information is also kept in one place.

2. How Does It Work?

  1. Open your company (DISCO) page or choose a company from the home page.
  2. Enter the reference number printed on your bill.
  3. Click Check Bill — the bill details are fetched from the PITC portal and displayed, and the original bill opens in a new tab, from where it can be printed or saved as a PDF.

There is no need to create an account, and no password or CNIC is asked for. The bill amount, due date, units and payment status shown are the same as in the official record.

3. Who We Are Not — Important Clarification

Wapda Bill Check is not an official website. It is not the official website of PITC (Power Information Technology Company), WAPDA, or any DISCO, and it is not affiliated with them. It is an independent facilitation platform that fetches bill information from the public PITC portals and displays it in an easy way. Company names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

We do not create or change the bill amount, tariff, fuel price adjustment or tax ourselves. Payment is also not collected on this website — always pay through your bank, mobile wallet or authorised payment point. Only the relevant DISCO or PITC can resolve any error or dispute related to a bill.

Wapda Bill Check exists for one simple reason: finding an electricity bill in Pakistan should not need a visit to an office or a long search through confusing portals. This page explains what the site offers, what it does not do, how bill information is handled, and how to report a mistake.

4. What You Can Do on This Site

Every distribution company has its own page, where you can check the current bill with the 14-digit reference number printed on the bill and open the original bill in a new tab to print or save it. The shared bill calculator estimates a bill from meter readings or units, and the new connection page explains the national application process step by step. Helpline pages gather official numbers and complaint routes, and the FAQ page answers common questions. Everything on the site is free to use, with no account, no sign-up, and no payment taken anywhere on the site.

5. What This Site Does Not Do

The site does not create, change, or correct bills. It cannot adjust an amount, change a reading, move a due date, or settle a dispute — only the distribution company concerned can do those things. It does not collect payments, and it never asks for a bank account, a wallet PIN, or a one-time password. It does not set tariffs, fuel adjustments, or taxes; those are set nationally and applied by the companies. It also does not act as an agent for any company: no complaint filed through a helpline number listed here is filed with this site, and no message sent about a bill is a message to the company.

6. How Your Bill Information Is Handled

When a reference number is entered, it is used only to fetch that bill's record from the official PITC portal, and the original bill opens in a new tab from the official source. The site does not ask for a password, an identity card number, or any payment detail, and it does not keep copies of bills or personal financial data on its servers. The reference number itself is needed for the lookup and for nothing else; it is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. The amount, due date, units, and payment status shown are those in the official record at the time of the check. If the portal is unavailable, the check simply cannot run, and no bill information is invented or estimated in its place.

7. Reporting a Correction

Pages on this site are checked against official sources, but company numbers, coverage areas, and procedures change, and mistakes can slip in. If anything on a page looks wrong — a number that does not answer, an area listed under the wrong company, a step that no longer matches the official process — please report it through the Contact page, naming the page and the exact detail that is wrong. Corrections are verified against an official source before the page is changed. Reporting a correction helps every later visitor who reads the same page.

8. Data and Privacy

Your reference number is used only to fetch your bill. We do not save your bill or personal financial data on our servers. Read the full details in the Privacy Policy.

9. Terms of Use

Before using the website, please read the Terms & Conditions and FAQ page. If you have any questions, the Contact page lists the ways to get in touch.
